New Flavor Chart

I've finally come up with a new flavor chart! I'm very excited about the unique and yummy flavors we offer! Our flavors are what sets us apart from other cupcake shops. Instead of a generic cupcake with flavored frosting and a few sprinkles, all of our cupcakes are customized and loaded to the brim with flavor and toppings. Our Flavor list is always expanding as we work hard to create more unique and delicious cupcake creations! We also take custom orders, feel free to mix and match cupcake flavors and frosting's to come up with your own made to order cupacke.

Flavors

Raspberry Cookie: Sweet raspberry cupcake baked with oreo cookie chunks. Topped with Cookies and cream frosting, tart raspberry sauce and cookie chunks

*Joyful Almond: Dark Chocolate cake filled with coconut, topped with ganache

Cookies and Cream: moist vanilla cake baked wit oreo chunks. Topped with cookies and cream frosting and cookie chunk

*Coconut: Coconut cake, soaked in coconut cream, frosted with coconut cream cheese frosting and topped with coconut

Raspberry Lemonade: Moist Lemon cupcake with lemon filling and raspberry frosting. topped with lemon zest, raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries


*Key Lime: key lime cupcake with a cookie crust. Filled with key lime custard and frosted with white chocolate key lime frosting

Peach cobbler: Vanilla bean cupcake filled with cobbler filling and a brown sugar crumble topping. Frosted with Vanilla Bean butter cream, brown sugar crumbles and more peach cobbler filling


*Chocolate Mint: Dark chocolate cake riddled with mint chocolate chips. Frosted with chocolate mint buttercream

*Cinnamon Bun: Cinnamon swirl cupcake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans

*Cookie Dough: Chocolate cupcake with a cookie dough center, topped with cookie dough frosting, mini chocolate chips and a cookie

High Hat: Dark chocolate cupcake with fluffy marshmallow frosting, dipped in chocolate

*Turtle: Dark chocolate cupcake with rich chocolate ganache filling, frosted with caramel buttercream and topped with chopped pecans, caramel drizzle and a chocolate dipped caramel.

German Chocolate: German chocolate cupcake filled with German chocolate frosting, topped with chocolate ganache and a mound of German chocolate frosting.

Chocolate fudge brownie: fudgy brownie cupcake, dipped in chocolate ganache and frosted with chocolate fudge buttercream

White Chocolate Macadamia: Brown sugar cupcake with a cookie crust, and white chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts throughout. Frosted with white chocolate frosting and chopped macadamia nuts

Chocolate Overdose: Rich Chocolate cupcake with a chewy brownie layer, filled with milk chocolate mousse and frosted with chocolate ganache

Salted Caramel: Salted Caramel cupcake, soaked in homemade salted caramel, frosted with caramel frosting and caramel drizzle

*Doughnut and coffee: moist vanilla cake soaked with doughnut glaze and frosted with coffee buttercream

*Neapolitan: Vanilla cake filled and dipped in chocolate ganache and frosted with strawberry buttercream


*Brownie Ice cream sundae: Very Vanilla cupcake with a fudgy brownie bottom, filled with rich chocolate ganache, frosted with light and creamy whipped cream frosting and topped with chocolate fudge sauce, sprinkles, and a cherry.

Red Velvet: Moist Red Velvet cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and white chocolate shavings

Rasbperry Cheesecake: Graham cracker crust, raspberry cupcake with a cheesecake layer baked right in, cheesecake and strawberry swirled frosting sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and fresh rasbperry sauce

*Rocky Road: almond Brownie bottom chocolate cupcake, filled with marshmallow cream, frosted with milk chocolate frosting and topped with almonds and chocolate sauce

*Chocolate Dipped Strawberry: moist and sweet strawberry cupcake made with fresh strawberries, frosted with billows of strawberry buttercream and dipped in chocolate.

Peanut Butter Cup: rich peanut butter cupcake riddled with white chocolate peanut butter cups. Frosted with white chocolate frosting and topped with peanut butter sauce and PB cup chunks

Samoa: brown sugar cupcake filled with gooey caramel and smothered in chocolate ganache, topped a with chewy candied toasted coconut topping and drizzled with more chocolate.

*Hostess with the mostess: Devils Food Cupcake Stuffed with creamy filling and dipped in chocolate ganache

White chocolate strawberry: moist strawberry cupcake frosted with white chocolate frosting, a fresh strawberry half and white chocolate shavings.

*Lemon Drop: Sweet and tart lemon cupcake filled with lemon curd and frosted with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

*Black forest: Dark chocolate cupcake riddled with cherries and chocolate chunks, Frosted with a fluffy whipped cream frosting, drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with a cherry.

Coco Banana: Moist Banana cupcake soaked in coconut cream, frosted with a buttery coconut frosting and topped with toasted coconut.

Caramel Banana: Moist Banana cupcake, filled with caramel and fresh banana's soaked in caramel and frosted with caramel Swiss meringue

Pina Colada: Pineapple cupcake, soaked in coconut cream and frosted with coconut rum frosting.

Chocolate Malt: Chocolate Malt cupcake with Malted milk ball frosting, topped with a malted milk ball

Asphalt Pie: Chocolate oreo cupcake with Mint buttercream frosting, a dollop of whipped cream, cookie chunks, and caramel and chocolate drizzle

*Gluten Free: We are happy to offer any of these cupcakes in a gluten free option!

Caramel Apple: Available October 1st-October 31s:t : Apple cupcake dipped in caramel, frosted with caramel buttercream and topped with caramel drizzle

Pumpkin Cheesecake: Available November 1st-December 31st : gingerbread crust topped with moist pumpkin cupcake that has been swirled with cheesecake, frosted with pumpkin pie and cream cheese frosting. Topped with homemade caramel drizzle and pecans.

Banana Cream Pie: Available November 1st-November 30th : Banana cupcake with a vanilla wafer crust. Frosted with banana cream pie frosting, rolled in crushed wafers and topped with banana slices.

Coconut Cream Pie: Available November 1st-November 30th : Coconut cupcake frosted with coconut cream pie frosting and topped with coconut.

Sweet Potato Pie: Available November 1st-November 30th : graham cracker crust topped with a moist cinnamon spike sweet potato cupcake. Topped with marshmallow frosting caramel drizzle and pecans.

Gingerbread: Available Dec 1st-Dec 31st : Moist and spicy gingerbread cupcake, soaked in homemade caramel sauce, Frosted with fluffy whipped cream frosting then drizzled in caramel and topped with a homemade ginger cookie

White chocolate peppermint: Available Dec 1st-Dec 31st : White chocolate mud cake riddled with white chocolate peppermint bark. Frosted with peppermint white chocolate cream cheese frosting and topped with crushed candy canes

Egg nog: Available Dec 1st-Dec 31st : Nutmeg spiced eggnog cake with a cinnamon nutmeg cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

Ginger hostess: Available Dec 1st-Dec 31s: Our hostess with the mostess done Christmas style! Gingerbread cupcake stuffed with creamy cinnamon filling, dipped in white chocolate ganache and decorated with cinnamon frosting swirls.

Finally Catching up.

It's been pretty crazy around here! I don't have pictures of everything, and somethings i only had time to snap a quick picture with my camera phone. So bare with me, I'll replace pictures as I get the good ones back from my dad.

Shall we start with the cupcakes?What can i say about these? They are Ah-Mazing! They are moist, and soft, and creamy, and taste JUST like pumpkin pie with a cheesecake center. I literally dreamed them up one night, woke up and had to try it! They have been a huge hit. I've already had 5-6 orders for them since Tuesday (which is when i made them for the first time by the way). Some of the great things that we've been hearing about these are "best thing i've ever eaten", "this redefines a cupcake", "this fills my heart with happiness", "mmmmmphmmmohmymmmrmph" which is the only sound that people have managed to make while scarfing these down. And I can't forget the sound of people sucking on their wrappers either!

They truly are amazing, don't believe me? You'll just have to try some yourself!


I also came up with another recipe this week. It was SO good, and SO unique I'm almost afraid to post it for fear some other cupcakery will try and make their own version. Everyone who has tried it has been blown away, and again sucked their wrappers clean. Its so good, we almost want to guard the idea with our life! Ok, that seems a little silly, but in all seriousness I think its going to be our signature cupcake and its going to be HUGE. I've never seen the combination anywhere, and so far my internet searches haven't come up with any either. So, we are at a loss. Obviously we want to make them for people, we want to be known for them so eventually it will come out. Before we announce to the world this great new flavor we've come up with, we want to see if there is anything that can be done about keeping the idea ours.

Ok, on to more cupcakes! These were for a baby shower, they are cookie monster and white chocolate strawberry



Pardon the quality. It was dark in the room and these are from a cell phone. My sister took pictures with an actual camera and I'll post those as soon as i get them. This is a cupcake tower we made, literally. We are going to start offering these as an option on large cupcake orders. They can be customized to match the colors or theme of your event. I loved the way it turned out!
I have more to share, but you will just have to wait for the pictures to come back! On to the cakes!

This was done for a Peter Pan themed birthday. It was my first carved cake every and i was please to find, I was quite good at it. The entire thing is Chocolate cake, and it was enormous! Bigger than my 3 year old!

Here is some perspective, The board it was on was 4ft long...so, ya! HUGE!
This was a fun cake to do. I made it for my cousins little girl who just turned 3. She loves princess and the frog, and without using any of the actual characters this is what i came up with (copyright laws, don't ask!)
I had a lot of fun doing this cake, and it was a huge hit.

Another Sneak Peak....


I was unsure of this cake when i was putting it together but once it was done i absolutely loved it. I've already had 2 more requests for similar cakes.

I'm still here!

Just Busy! So busy, my Dad hasn't been able to keep up with all the pictures! Along with several cakes I've probably done 6-7 dozen cupcakes this week as well. I don't have any pictures of the cupcakes because I feel bad taking all of my Dad's time, so we've just been having him come do the big cakes. We are going to have to invest in a camera so that i can have pictures of everything. I'll post pictures as soon as i get them, but here is just a sneak peak...
