Birthday Cake #1

Well, i finished Birthday cake #1 of the week. Its for a little girls 3rd birthday party. Strawberry cake (which turned out Fantastic if i may say so myself) with cream cheese frosting and filling. The crown and name are gumpaste but the rest of the decorations are my delicious homemade fondant. Fondant tasty you ask? Its true, my kids love the stuff and apparently the kids at the party kept eating the roses off the sides. I found a new emulsion i want to use in it, can't wait to try it on my next cake!
