Today i tackled Red Velvet, my oh my i think i have a new favorite cake! I have to admit i haven't had a lot of red velvet but this was the BEST i've ever had! It was moist, velvety and fan-freaking-tastic! I'm planning on using the same recipe for my Pink Velvet cake, only i'll make it pink...obviously. I frosted it with white chocolate cream cheese frosting which was amazing as well.
So, since i loved this cake so much i took a ton of pictures and i can't decide which ones i like best.
